Rectangular Pasta Baskets are designed for use with OEM gas pasta machines. Our rectangular cookware is designed for cooking all type of pasta in bulk order.  We manufacture standard sizes that work with most gas pasta machines and also manufacture custom OEM sizes to suit user dimensions.  Interested in having us manufacture proprietary cookware for your specific application, please send us an email at, sales@pastatech.com.

Rectangular Bulk Pasta Baskets are constructed from super strong 304 18 / 10 stainless steel.  The lining is made from 1/8” open mesh fabric, suitable for boiling any type of pasta.  Plastic encapsulation handles are both heat and water resistant and feature open ends for hang drying after cleaning. Handles allow chefs to easily maneuver the basket when there is a full load and hang dry via open end design. Two heavy front tabs allow the basket to drain during cooking applications.
